Hi everyone! We’re thrilled to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Marina Way Getaway and this page you're following. We recently took over the property and are beyond excited to continue offering the same warm, peaceful retreat that so many of you have come to love.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jenae and Jordan for their incredible support and kindness throughout this transition. They’ve been generous with their time, knowledge, and care, making sure the handoff was smooth—for us and for you, our valued guests.

Our final post of ❣️GRATITUDE❣️ goes out to our dear neighbors, Duane and Sherri.

They are actually the original owners of this home and now live next door. Duane takes meticulous care of our lawn, and he and his dog, Molly, cruise the neighborhood on their golf cart and sprinkle joy everywhere they go.

Our guests often comment on the kindness of our neighbors, and they are surely referring to Duane. He is the unofficial "neighborhood welcoming committee." He likes to chit chat with guests, learn about their travels, and make sure they are cared for.

Over the years, we have been blessed by pontoon rides, golf cart cruises, and Sherri's delicious holiday goodies. I'm sure it isn't always easy living next door to a vacation rental, but Duane and Sherri have welcomed us and our guests with open arms, and we are oh, so grateful.

If you've stayed before, you've likely met Duane, and if you stay in the future, you're in for a treat.💓 Past guests - if you know Duane, drop him a line here, and I'll be sure he sees it!:)
