Dirty Pop will be temporarily closed for all events this weekend and possibly into next week.

Michael and I serve on the board of Lone Star Rescue & Recovery, a nonprofit rescue and recovery organization that is deploying to the Hill Country tomorrow to help with flood response and recovery efforts. We aren’t sure yet how long they’ll be gone, so we’re taking things one day at a time and will keep everyone updated as we know more.

Our hearts are with everyone affected by these devastating floods. 💙

If you were planning to support Dirty Pop at an event over the next week or so, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider donating that money to Lone Star Rescue & Recovery instead. Every dollar helps the team continue to respond and serve communities in need.

A few examples of what your donation can help with:

🪚 $25 could help cover chainsaw fuel, oil, and maintenance.

🛠️ $50 helps purchase hydraulic fluid and other equipment supplies.

🚛 $100 can help offset fuel costs for our trucks, trailers, and skid steer.

Larger donations help with lodging, equipment repairs, and purchasing the equipment needed to continue helping during this deployment and future deployments.
