It was a rainy, yet cozy couple of days at Raised on Haggard.
The smoky mountain rain really ramped up the relaxation factor.
The treetops have formed a natural canopy around the decks for complete seclusion, yet providing beautiful, private views of the mountains, too.
Enjoying the hot tub on the deck with the rain dancing off the trees and pinging on the metal roof….all the while the smoke (fog) rose and fell across the mountains, sending me to a state of calm that was much needed.
We truly did not want to leave. With every visit, it gets harder to lock that door and head back to our old Kentucky home.
Come find that peace while being only a mile from the heartbeat of downtown Gatlinburg.
If you need to disconnect…or reconnect. This is the place.
