sleeping 22 people. Vacationers will have the warmth and beauty of the mountains, and the convenience of being located 3 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Gatlinburg Getaway is a truly modern log home rich in amenities including a large two story family room, open kitchen, two fireplaces, hot tub, game room (including pool table and air hockey), loft, Cable TV (including Discovery, ESPN, HBO), stereos, TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and free wireless high-speed internet access, free long distance telephone, and a live we**am. For your convenience, a handicap shower is located on the main level. As part of the Black Bear Falls Log Home Resort, vacationers of Gatlinburg Getaway have access to a club house, swimming pool, and banquet room.

We are truly blessed. Our cabin "Gatlinburg Getaway" and my brother David's cabin "Closer to Home" are located in the log home community of Black Bear Falls Resort in Gatlinburg. Black Bear Falls, initially reported by the news as destroyed, was spared from any damage from the Gatlinburg wildfires. Please continue to pray for the people of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

As many of you may know, we had just returned from Gatlinburg a few days before the fires.
