We are Danny and Rhonda Williams owners of Gatlinburg Cozy Condo.... If you are interested just leave a message with the dates you would like to know about and we will let you know what is available. 2 night minimum stay avg is $185 a night and a $75 cleaning fee.. a hotel is $150 a night at the very least.
