Black Bear's View is only a couple of minutes from downtown Gatlinburg! With an incredible view of world famous Mount LeConte, you can't beat the combination of a super close location and spectacular view! With ample parking for two vehicles, Black Bear's View sits in a private log home resort just off 321 East Parkway in Gatlinburg. The resort setting offers a quiet get-away, close to the hustle

and bustle of town. The cabin is very easily accessible, with well-maintained roads. The first floor of Black Bear's View features the newly furnished main living area complete with futon ( folds into a very comfortable full -sized bed ), electric fireplace and flat screen TV with Blu-Ray / NetFlix access. This comes in handy as great entertainment for those cozy nights in. The fully equipped kitchen offers seating for up to eight. Enjoy a meal while taking in the scenic mountains. The first master suite is also located on this level with a private bath and its own TV/DVD player. A covered deck which faces Mount LeConte is at your doorstep. You can share drinks, relax in the hot tub, or rock your cares away while admiring the beautiful view. The top floor of the cabin features a very nice game room/loft area with electronic arcade game, full size pool table and wet bar with a refrigerator! Great place for a friendly gaming challenge! The 2nd master suite is also located on this floor with its own private bath and garden whirlpool tub. This very large bedroom features a second sleeping area, a futon, which folds out into a very comfortable full-sized bed, great for small children! The fresh decor and coziness of this cabin makes you want to extend your stay. You are close to the conveniences of town ( grocery, gas, restaurants ) but yet in a quiet resort where you can enjoy the beauty of the Smokies! This combination is hard to beat!

Signs of spring are already blooming here in the Smokies! With recent mild weather, early spring ephemerals like these Daffodils (non-native) are popping up around the park, taking advantage of sunlight that hits the forest floor before canopy trees leaf out. Over 1,600 kinds of flowering plants can be found blooming in the park –that's more than any other national park in North America!
