The Sevier County Hospitality & Tourism Alliance hosted its annual Stars of the Industry Awards yesterday, celebrating the outstanding individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations that make Sevier County’s hospitality and tourism industry so special.
These prestigious awards recognize excellence across lodging, dining, and attractions, honoring the dedicated professionals and industry leaders whose commitment to exceptional service makes a lasting impact on our community and the millions of guests who visit each year.
We are incredibly proud to share that two of our outstanding team members were recognized!
Claritza Pujols Matos of Hampton Inn Pigeon Forge was named Breakfast Attendant of the Year, and Katie Mullins, Director of Sales & Marketing at Embassy Suites by Hilton Gatlinburg Resort, was named Lodging Manager of the Year – Gatlinburg!
Claritza and Katie each bring an incredible level of dedication and care to their guests, colleagues, and hotels. Their commitment to hospitality is evident in everything they do, making these honors especially well deserved.
