4 Homemade Bread Recipes: Soft, Fluffy, From Scratch ✨
Simple bread recipes that require no bread machine. Mix, rise, bake - fresh homemade bread in about 2 hours.

CONDENSED MILK BREAD:
3 cups flour, 2.25 tsp active dry yeast, 1/2 cup warm milk, 1/3 cup condensed milk, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 egg, 3 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp salt

LEMON CREAM CHEESE BREAD:
3 cups flour, 2.25 tsp yeast, 1/2 cup warm milk, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp butter, 4 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 1 tbsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt

CHEDDAR CHEESE BREAD (No Yeast):
2 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1/3 cup oil or melted butter, 2 cups shredded cheddar

YOGURT BREAD (No Yeast):
2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil, 2-4 tbsp milk if needed

BAKING: Yeast breads - let rise 1 hour, bake 350°F 25-30 min. Quick breads - bake immediately 350°F 45-50 min.

To all our friends who have felt like family; Don and I will be concluding this chapter in our lives and Lambert's Lakeside Lodges will no longer be an operating business as of August 1st 2020.

We feel we have been so very blessed throughout our 22 years here at Corey Cove.

Memories that we have made here along with the memories that you have created during your stay with us will always be cherished.
