1750 square feet, 4 bedrooms ( one downstairs) , living room , 2 bathrooms, laundry area, kitchen and eating area for up to 12. Sleeps 10. 3 queens, and 4 twin beds, central air conditioning, deck, 4 burner gas grill, picnic table.

The new refrigerator was delivered. Bigger than the old one. We had to take off the doors to get it in. The limiting factor was the kitchen doorway, about 29 inches.
