Lytton Station Vineyard Vista is a dream vacation home It is ideally located in heart of northern Sonoma wine country. the house is perched on a hill with 360-degree vineyard views of Geyser Peak, Alexander Valley and the Dry Creek hills. There is quick and easy access to Alexander Valley, Dry Creek, Russian River and Healdsburg wineries. The house has four bedrooms with king-sized beds and viney

ards views from each. The master is on the main floor with a huge en suite bath. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, one with an en suite bath (the other two share a large bathroom). All bedrooms have 50-inch Smart TVs with Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. There is a huge gourmet kitchen and formal dining room in addition to a large breakfast room. And because we are game lovers, we have stocked the den with some of our favorite games including Ticket to Ride, Race for the Galaxy, Cards Against Humanity, and Settlers of Catan just to name a few. Just pick your game and remove the table top in the breakfast nook to discover a custom board game table complete with drink holders. That's just the inside - outside is a 20' x 40' pool and spa. A great place to unwind after a day of wine tasting! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with hydrangeas, oleanders and roses. Enjoy the shade of the wisteria-covered arbor while listening to he calming bubbling of the small pond with waterfall. This is our escape that we are happy to share with others.
