I don’t want to be a maintenance technician for the rest of my life.”

That’s what Jeff told me the first time we spoke.

He’s a driven guy.

The kind of person who wants growth, stability, and the chance to build something long-term in his career.

He was worried that starting as a maintenance technician meant he might get stuck there.

So I told him something I’ve seen play out over and over again in the multifamily industry:

A few weeks ago, we helped Johnny Huynh get hired on full-time at Oakridge Apartments with Pelican Realty Management.

Now we’re excited to share that his brother Nathan Huynh has officially joined the team as well.

Rogelio was doing what a lot of people are told to do…

Submitting applications.

Waiting on callbacks.

For three months, nothing.

Not because he couldn’t work.
Not because he didn’t want it.
