For information on pricing and availability please contact us via fb messenger or by calling: 409- 782-0926 To make your stay more convenient, we have just a few rules to follow:
1) A garbage dumpster is available at the northwest corner of the property, next to the white picket fence. We ask that you place your garbage in garbage bags, and tie them up. This eliminates any unpleasant odor. You are

responsible to take your garbage to the dumpster.
2) We are PET friendly. YOU are responsible for your dog. Please pick up the poop, and get rid of it. Bag it if it’s going in the dumpster. Your pets must be on a leash while outdoors. Just about any breed of dog is allowed but please, no aggressive dogs. If you have a cat and need to get rid of the litter, bag it, and then dump it.
3) We ask that you keep any loud music to a minimum after 10:30 pm, out of respect for your neighbors. If they complain, then you will be asked to shut it off.
4) Please, no campfires on the ground. However, a fire pit is allowed.
5) Rates are based on a 4-person occupancy. Additional adults will be charged $5 per person per day. No charge for children 10 & under.
6) RVs will be inspected upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV, due to its appearance or condition. Any RV that will remain on a monthly basis, must be maintained, and remain moveable in case of an oncoming storm.
7) We are not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to your property, or accidents. You are responsible for your own.
8) We have a limited amount of beach umbrellas that will be available for you to use, on a first come, first serve basis. Just ask us. We hope that you will enjoy your stay. We will strive to make your stay enjoyable. Any suggestions for improvement will be appreciated. Thank you. (Robert & Emelda)

Conditions could be better, but Jesse Gross was able to reel in this 26" red on Miss Nancy's Lucky shrimp!!! We're open tonight (Saturday) until 7:30 and Sunday 7 am to 5 pm!!

Children and pets are welcome but we ask you to please clean up after them and keep them on a leash (your pets). Any unattended children or pets will have to swab the decks and the parents will be asked to walk the plank.

- Hook ups available:
• Electric service: 30 amp or 50 amp
• Water
• Septic
- Gilchrist Beach 100 yards away, within walking distance
- Picnic tables
- Good fishing and swimming
