The three culprits have been found and confessed to killing the antelope.

Kansas Game Wardens need your help. On October 21, 2017 wardens responded to a report of dead and possibly poached antelope on road 16 in Morton County. Evidence collected at the scene indicates that both antelope were shot with a rifle out of an open rifle season and left in the field to rot. Evidence also suggested that the suspects had little or no regard to the freshly drilled winter wheat field and drove through the field to kill the antelope. UPDATE: After five months and numerous anonymous tips, Kansas Game Wardens have closed the case on two poached antelope in Morton County. Yesterday, Game Wardens obtained full confessions from the three subjects involved in the senseless killing of these antelope. Charges are pending. Kansas Game Wardens offer our sincere thanks to those anonymous citizens that came forward with tips. Even a seemingly small piece of information can be the key to solving a case.
