Will perform general maintenance for a motel, including: outdoor building and parking lot maintenance and cleaning, indoor building maintenance, minor repairs; will keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. May perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing carpets washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and must be able to shovel snow when needed. Will work 15-20 hours per week including some time on weekends and schedule is flexible.
