The build has begun. This is a super exciting project for us, the view of Gore Mountain from this site is fantastic!!! We will let you all decide what the long narrow room is........put it this way it will be a blast to have in a single family residence!!!! Anyone care to take a shot at what it might be???? Stay tuned!!!!

To say that this has been a journey would be something of an understatement. We were commissioned to fulfill the requirements of the new KIA Gallery Design originally back in 2018. We worked with the ownership group at Garvey KIA to meet the Gallery 2.0 design guidelines then during reviews COVID happened and everything sort of came to a stop. In 2022 things got back underway and the design guidelines had changed so we worked within the parameters of the municipal approvals and redesigned the building to meet the new design guidelines and in 2024 approvals were obtained from the manufacturer and construction began with site work and then building construction. Today we did what amounts to the final walk through with the manufacturers representative and very soon the facility will be open to the public. This is a state of the art facility and will be one of the most technologically advanced automobile dealerships in the northeast United States. The entire Garvey Automobile Group has been great to work with and although this is likely the longest running building project that I have personally been involved with it is also extremely satisfying to see it coming to a conclusion. The Builder, V&H Construction was great to work with, as they always are, and I’m proud to have my name involved with this project. Congratulations to everyone involved with the project, it’s been a hell of a journey but man what a trip!!! Please stop in and see the finished product and take a test drive in a new KIA, you’ll be happy you did!!!

Took a ride around the area today to check on progress of several projects. Despite the rain we have had recently things seem to be coming along pretty well on all the jobs in the region.

Another project wrapped up. Very proud to have been involved with this one. Took quite a journey to get it done but the finished product is amazing!!!

Heard an odd noise outside the office this morning.
