Colorado’s Manager of the 3rd Quarter!
Sara, our Restaurant and Bar Manager, has earned this recognition through the kind of leadership that shows up every day, not just in title, but in action.
She consistently steps into every role the operation needs: bartending for banquets, covering hostess shifts, running food, serving, and jumping into the weekly schedule wherever the team is short.
That hands-on presence keeps service moving and sets a clear standard for the rest of the staff.
This summer brought the usual seasonal challenges patio dining and the Coppertop Bar running strong while facing higher turnover as team members returned to high school and college. Sara kept both areas open, staffed, and delivering the experience guests expect.
She led through the gaps with calm consistency, training and supporting the people who stayed, and making sure no guest felt the impact of the changing roster.
What stands out most is how she leads both the guest experience and the people who create it. She holds the team to high service standards while staying approachable and supportive coaching in the moment, covering shifts herself when needed, and modeling the care that turns a good meal or drink into a memorable one.
Guests notice the difference in the energy on the floor and the attention to detail; the staff notices that their manager is right there with them.
