A few weeks ago we finalized the sale of our mom’s sweet cottage at Plum Cove, Robyn’s Cottage.

To say it was a labor of love is an understatement. It was a blessing to have been able to keep it, spend time there, tend to it, share it.

As life priorities change, so do life decisions, and so this one was made.

To be able to hold onto it, live with it, let it go and say goodbye, brings gratitude, relief and fulfillment.

Pleased that it was passed along to someone who will live there and enjoy the beauty, peace and simplicity for which it seems intended.

Our mom would probably have said “Good move”, through and through, and that kept us going here, straight til the end.

Life is on a new timeline now - and it’s ok.

Enjoy Gloucester’s off-season charm living close to downtown Rockport and Gloucester without the summer crowds.

Off Season Lease: Available for lease November 2024 - April 30, 2025. $2,300/month, includes Internet, heat, hot water, electric, yard maintenance, and snow removal. This clean and bright property includes a full kitchen, laundry, deck, large yard, and off street parking. (sorry, no smoking, no pets)

Monthly: Alternatively, we are offering discounted rates for extended AirBnB stays, one month at a time.

The most beautiful fall day at the cottage - getting it ready for a month long renter. We have month long rentals available (or more) through April 30th, 2025. Great for a getaway - work from home - stay while renovating or looking for your forever home - coming to the area to work locally for a few months? This is a great place. Visiting family for the holidays? This place screams “holiday coziness”.

I read it when it came out last year but now have a wonderful personalized copy.
