September 20th, 2019, John S. and Brenda Rodgers purchased the family farm from Jim and Nancy (John’s Aunt & Uncle). John and Brenda operated the B&B for a short time and then COVID hit...
So this past summer they decided to offer more rentals that were separate from the farmhouse. They are now renting 2 additional properties: their other house (year round) and their seasonal camp on Shadow Lake. They are also still seasonally renting the Camp in the Woods. And this evening we will share more about their newest rental offering!
In addition to the rentals the beautiful West Glover farm land is finally being put to use again. The farm has become the home of Vermont Farmers H**p Company, where our family grows h**p and produces high quality CBD products.
In the year and a half our family has owned “The Home Farm” we have made countless memories in the old farm house, barn, and all across the gorgeous farm and woodland. We are grateful to say we could keep this property in the family, and we look forward to decades and generations of more memories, showing people the beauty of the real NEK!
