We maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment, and we pride ourselves on a drug- and crime-free community that is pet friendly. Our location provides a nature-filled country environment but is still very close to Smithfield, Rosewood, Goldsboro, Mount Olive, and Clinton - keeping us with the realm of comfort and convenience. We maintain the grounds ourselves and have provided ample grounds lighting for convenience and safety. Hook ups are available for electricity, water, and sewer as well as a centrally located waste disposal container to make your stay with us more enjoyable.
