We’ll have 1 & 2 bedroom rentals opening up this May. Some are standalone homes, others are duplex-style units, and there may be a mobile home option as well.

We’re currently working through some tenant transitions, so exact availability is still being finalized—but we’re starting a priority interest list now.

If you want first shot when units open up, contact us with your preferences:
• 1 or 2 bedroom preference
• Move-in timeframe
• How many people will be living there

We’ll contact interested applicants before anything is publicly listed.

❄️ WINTER IS COMING. THIS IS NOT A DRILL. ❄️

As you may have heard from literally everyone, cold weather is headed to Goodwell. Will it snow? Maybe. Will it be aggressively cold? Absolutely. Like “why is it so windy?” And “why does Mother Nature hate me?” cold.

Before the Great Pipe Freeze of 2026 commences and before your house turns into an indoor skating rink:, a few friendly reminders:

💧 RUN YOUR WATER!

When temps drop, run a small stream in your sinks.
• Not a drip (that does nothing)
• Not a full stream (this isn’t a car wash)
• Somewhere in the magical middle

Frozen pipes = broken pipes = water everywhere = everyone unhappy, especially your landlord. Remember that contract you signed? The one that says you are responsible to keep the temperatures above freezing to protect the pipes?!? Also, despite rumors, your landlord cannot instantly teleport through a blizzard to save the day.

🔥 KEEP THE HEAT ON.
Yes, even if you’re “just gone for the weekend.” Pipes do not care about your travel plans.

🧊 WINTER DISCLAIMER:
If we get major snow/ice, response times may be slower than you’d like. Roads, weather, and basic survival take priority.
