Includes 30/50 Amp Electric, Water, Sewer, Trash and Internet (when Available), Up to 4 guest, additional guest $5.00/ea guest

Electric is Due with Space Rent or if short stay upon check out

Guests are welcome to pay with Credit Card or Cash
Credit Card Processing fees are 2.9% plus $.25 per transactions
All reservations charged $2.00 platform fee charged by Booking site
We are working on adding internet once high speed becomes available. At this time we do not know what charge if any we will have to implement.
