Across the heated entry bridge and through the oversized modern pivot door, you are welcomed by custom back lit gear lockers, snowboard/ski racks & a state of the art, quiet fan boot dryer, where you can escape the cold & wet of the Pacific Northwest. The RAVN features a one of a kind, indoor/outdoor hanging spa and yoga room that sets you in "The Understory'' of the surrounding wilderness. Relax in the custom hot tub next to the 8 ft fireplace while the 26ft, floor to ceiling, accordion glass walls open to give you an unrivaled and unique setting to relax and recover from the days' mountain activities. Step outside of your unique spa hideaway into the RAVN Lounge. Belly up to the custom bar with seating for 6+ built with the true Apres spirit in mind. You'll discover a wine fridge, spa appropriate (non glass) glassware, dishwasher & ice machine to make mixing up your post mountain Mules a breeze. Whether you’re working remote or escaping from work, the bar has plenty of outlets to plug in & plenty of wine glasses to unplug completely. Featuring an 85 inch flat screen built atop an 8ft fireplace, your crew can gather for something as simple as the latest snowboard/ski movie or something as big as the Super Bowl. Or turn the TV off and spin up your favorite tunes on the multi zone Sonos home* surround system. *Don't worry, you can break it up so your spa vibes differ from your Traeger enthusiasts AC/DC playlist he insists on blaring while he smokes the brisket. Adding to the fun on the main Understory level you will find a full bathroom featuring a steam shower with bluetooth audio and seating for an additional relaxing escape. The one bedroom on the Understory level is the Cascade Room, featuring a king bed, individual reading lights, wireless phone chargers, luggage storage and radiant heated floors that extend throughout the entire home. Venture up to the 3rd story affectionately known as "The Canopy" as it resides in the top of the surrounding evergreens; where you can harness your inner chef in the spacious modern kitchen & mix it up with the pass through windows utilizing the Traeger Timberline grill nestled atop the alpine. Then wake with the complimentary coffee bar and light up your day amongst the emergent evergreens around your very own tree top fire pit. Should Mother Nature decide to grace you with some of her 232+ inches of annual Government Camp snow. Come in from the tree top patio & nestle in by the modern fireplace and watch the snow pile up through the living rooms 13 ft tall great wall of windows while dinner is set at the oversized 16 person dining room table. Then break out the cards and get the game night started under the art gallery wall featuring a rotating mix from local & global artists. Three of the six bedrooms at the RAVN can be found on the Canopy level. The Summit Room is the Primary En Suite featuring a king bed, flatscreen TV, individual reading lights, wireless phone chargers, 14ft ceilings, luggage storage & a private bathroom stocked with amenities. Across the hall you will find the Alpine Trail Room, again featuring a king bed, individual reading lights, wireless phone chargers, luggage storage and revolving art pieces. The Glade Trail Room rounds out the top floor bedrooms including a queen bed, individual reading lights, wireless phone chargers, luggage storage and revolving local art. The Canopy common area full bathroom rounds out the Canopy floor featuring a bathtub/shower combo and stocked with amenities. Nestled on the lowest level of the RAVN dubbed the "Forest Floor" you will find the Wy'east En Suite with a full bath/shower combo along side the youth friendly, Elevate Bunk Room where the kids can play video games & watch movies on the two wall mounted flat screen TVs when the great outdoors has taken its toll on them. Additionally the bunk room features two additional sinks along with an attached full bathroom to keep the crew clean in a fast and efficient manner. The Forest Floor level also features a small reading nook away from the large gathering spaces and a utility room to keep that long underwear fresh. With 6 Bedrooms, featuring 4 kings, 1 Queen, 4 Twin XL Bunks and 4 Twin Bunks the RAVN can sleep up to 18 people comfortably. Built with gathering in mind there are several large communal areas to come together, as well as plenty of nooks and crannies to escape for some quiet time alone time. The RAVN's 5 bathrooms are made up of two large bathtub/shower combinations, two modern showers and a third steam shower to relax after those long days on the hill. In addition to the standard bathrooms, the RAVN features a 6th indoor/outdoor shower located in the spa room where you can enjoy the forest view while rinsing off before your hot tub session.
