Camp Constantin/Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base Camp Constantin and Jack D. Furst Aquatic Base is a Scouting America camp that hosts all Scouts for weekend adventures and summer camp fun! Mr.

We are part of Circle Ten Council headquartered in Dallas, TX. Constantin gifted the camp to us in 1946.
