Tonight we received a phone call from a women needing information about our RV Park. She asked if it were true of what she read on the internet. We searched the web and found two separate poor reviews from two different BUSINESS LISTING agencies. We found it surprisingly unethical that these businesses ask for owners that want to remove, edit or remark on the reviews need to join as members -sounds like extortion. We definetly want the negative and untrue comments removed about our business but hope that people will call or visit our own website/Face Book page so we made the decision NOT TO FALL into their traps - we put our concerns and our faith in prayer. We were shocked with disbelief that someone was so dissatisfied, we would have given their money back. Receiving negative back lash is harmful for a small business but from day one our main goal for our guests is to be safe, have a clean environment with southern hospitality.
