Wishing Ms. Darlene a long and happy retirement from all of us at the Nutt House Hotel.

It’s the end of an era. Ms. Darlene is retiring.

Darlene has been a part of the Christina’s family even before the name Christina’s was ever slapped on the building. She was my server trainer on my first day 13 years ago. She has served a lot of this community through the years both at the Merry Heart Tea Room and Christina’s.

She is getting married to a wonderful man and is going to retire with him. We couldn’t be more excited for her!

If you’ve had the pleasure of knowing Darlene and you’d like to wish her well in her future please join us tomorrow for a Bon Voyage Celebration Wednesday May 27th from 3-4pm at Christina’s. We will send her off into the sunset feeling as loved as she’s made us feel over the years. 🥂
