Congratulations to Erin Alberda on winning the track design contest 👏 We can't wait to have you out to cut the ribbon and officially open the track for everyone.
A huge shout out to everyone who submitted a design. There where a couple designs that really gave us something to think about, because of that we will be adding some features from your designs to the overall track.

Cuteness over load for this weeks Wildlife Wednesday. 😍🐤
These sour faced wild birds have a mom that loves our porch for a nesting spot. This year she decided to build her nest on top of our chimney sweep brush. Perfect-ish. 🙃 At least we could enjoy watching the progression of these little ones grow. Well, Momma bird decided one round wasn't enough so she had another round of babies and in total raised 7 little ones.

Thanks to our strong winds and improper hardware, our Cozy Cottage tiny home needs some extra love. This is just one of a couple things that we will be working on the week of August 17th. If you know how to operate a drill 🛠 and are comfortable on ladders, we could use your help. 🙏
This week we will also be working on getting our bathhouse build started, and making sure all the final touches for the tiny homes are finished.

This week on meet the animals, we have this unknown chicken model. She is wearing black copper feathers and really working the racing trailer runway 😆 She is one of 5 other all black chickens strutting their stuff here at Oversteer Ranch.

As her chicken tenders, 😁 we might not know their individual names, but we sure know how entertaining they are.

We're thrilled to share another massive behind the scenes upgrade for Overstear Ranch. 🎉We finally got POWER 💡to our shop, which is a game changer for us and for our future guests! This is a huge win for us personally, as it means we can now work on projects more efficiently and effectively. And for you, our future guest, this means that we'll be able to offer an even better experience when you visit us.We hope to someday, soon, have this space available for anyone to rent out when minor repairs or tweaks need to be made. Imagine being able to put your car up on the lift after just taking it for a test run. We are one step closer to making it a reality and we can't wait to share it with you.💥

Meet Dwight, the newest furry farm animal to steal our hearts.

Dwight is one of our newest farm animal members and dang he is cute! 😍 We believe he, and his brothers, are about 4 months old now. We are still getting to know each other but things are headed to cuteness quickly.

Sticking with the exotic and rare finds that are at Oversteer Ranch, today we bring you the Antelope. 😮 Even though we don't see these beautiful creatures often they are fun to watch when we do.

This past weekend was a huge step forward for Oversteer Ranch. 🥳
Thanks to the help of Dan, Jordan, Mikai and Rick we were able to finally put some boots on the ground and start planning the ultimate test track for everyone to enjoy. Even though we didn't get anything physically marked out, we learned that hitting a rock at slow speeds can still cause major damage. 😏 After a 4 hour detour and a ranch hack to patch a gas tank, we got back on "track" 😆.
We also were able to take a look over all of the submissions for the Track Design Contest and realized there is a lot of information we didn't know we could share. With that being said, we are extending the contest deadline and anyone who has already submitted is welcome to revise their submissions.
