"Aging Gracefully" By Beth Stecker at Central Community College, will teaching in a lunch and learn style on a Monday to be followed on the next Wednesday with a tour of a senior living community in Grand Island....all over the lunch hour for your convenience.

We are offering one such class in August, September and October. Here is the August listing in the catalog.

NEW! Lunch and Learn: Aging Gracefully: Planning for Care & Support

Join us for an informative Lunch & Learn designed to help individuals and families navigate the journey of aging with confidence. This class explores available resources for seniors, including levels of care, types of living options, amenities, and cost considerations. You’ll gain a clear understanding of respite care—who it benefits and when it’s useful—as well as the differences between home companion services and home health care. Monday sessions will take place at Central Community College with lunch; Wednesday's session will be held at a local Senior Living facility. Class provided by Beth Stecker at CE NE Senior Advisors.
