There is a covered deck facing the beach w/ swings. Located a 1/4 mile from Bridgeside Marina. Double the Fun is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath Grand Isle camp rental that has 17 beds and can sleep 22 people. It has an extra large deck and a 4 story lookout tower that allows you to see spectacular views. This page will have Grand Isle news and updates from the island that will hopefully better your stay on the island.

FYI, this weekend is Louisiana’s Free Fishing Weekend. It allows residents and visitors to fish Louisiana waters without an otherwise required fishing license.

While a fishing license is not required, all fishing regulations, including size, season, catch limits, and gear restrictions, will remain in effect during Free Fishing Weekend.

Red Snapper season opens this Friday, May 1! Anglers can fish seven days a week with a limit of four fish per person and a 16-inch minimum size. The season will remain open until the 882,439-pound quota is met. Don’t forget your basic fishing license, saltwater license, and Recreational Offshore Landing Permit!
