THIS IS IT. HB 855 and other critical menhaden bills hit the House floor TODAY.

Louisiana spent $1 million studying menhaden bycatch. The findings were clear — 30,000 breeding-size bull redfish, 240,000+ speckled trout, and over 146 million total fish across 62 species killed as bycatch every single year. The science identified the 22-foot depth contour as the line that matters.
