First and foremost, we thank God for guiding us through the extreme chaos over the last few years. We could not have survived without His guidance, and when tired and ready to give up, He kept us going. Thank you to all the campers, friends, and family for your unwavering support and encouragement. We are truly blessed for life with your outpouring of love and belief.

Yesterday, we were finally able to get our truth spoken in front of the Judge. Yes, the Judge does not like lies and looks down on disrespect of his court but thankfully recognized our truth. Although the defendants, Sarah Tyner, Ricky Tyner, and Sarah's Seaside have spouted lies, harassed, and spewed false accusations, they chose to not even show up to court. The Judge recognized our honesty that was backed up with solid proof and made a final decision in the case. We have been awarded substantial damages and the truth was revealed just as God intended.

We can happily move forward with our life but will always look back at this lesson in life to remind us what God can do. God will reveal the true intentions of liars and con artists but you must listen to His guidance. In the end, God allowed our truth to be heard and justified. Never let yourself be a victim of a liar or scams. Always trust in God! Always be truthful. Always be patient. Always stay true to who you are. Always be thankful in prayer for blessings and justice will prevail.

Exciting News!!! The park has officially sold to Matt and Alice Adams. We are so happy to announce this wonderful news! You will see MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS and most importantly it will be back to the family friendly and safe environment you all have missed the last few years. Please go like their page to show your love and support. Reservations will be accepted through Campspot so get your sites booked early because it will fill up fast. Shane and I thank you for the patience, kindness, love, and support over the last 10 years. We look forward to visiting with you again soon when we vacation there ❤

Today was the day we all knew would come, well most of us knew but some couldn't see. Today, God revealed the truth and exposed the lies that many people believed from Sarah and Ricky Tyner. Shane and I have regained possession of the RV Park after a year long battle against criminals. I won't go into all the details, because that post would be endless. Matt Adams is buying the park and in just ONE DAY'S TIME there is already a great improvement seen. FACT...we did NOT sell the park and request double the money!! The park was NEVER properly repaired, they NEVER got any building permits, they NEVER made the repairs they claimed as their deceptive court paperwork claimed. We are actually taking a loss.. FACT....we have not received a single penny since February 1, 2024. FACT....they went into default October 2023 and NEVER tried to correct it. So yes, they were in default for one year. They tried to force us into foreclosure and let the property go up for tax sale but thankfully we were able to get that taken care of even though they refused to pay us. I cannot even explain in detail the nightmare we have been through this past year! But, even though they are still trying shady tactics, their lies are proven and our truth has come to light.

I want to apologize to every camper that had the misfortune of dealing with Sarah and Ricky Tyner. I want to apologize to the police for all the times they have had to go out to sort through the chaos. I want to apologize to the Town of Grand Isle for being subjected to the filth and trash they allowed the park to get to and for the many criminal activities during Sarah and Ricky's reign of terror. I want to apologize to those that got sucked into believing their lies and for those that still have belief that we were just "doing them wrong", I pray that God opens your eyes and pray for your healing from their deceit. To all those that have stood by us, THANK YOU!! We could not have done this without the amazing support of family, friends, and those we have never actually met who offered unwavering support.

We will be helping Matt and Alice as they facilitate their new property and make sure campers are treated with respect, security, and honesty from here out that is deserved. You will be more than happy to see what your paradise will look like very soon. Next week, I will reach out to campers requesting reservations to try and assist. We ask for your patience as we move to this next phase and work towards getting a reservation system set back up. We ask for your continued prayers as we navigate through this transition. We look forward to your return and the wonderful memories you can build again. Grand Isle is strong but God and the truth is even stronger. Love to each of you ❤

Just a reminder for any guests currently staying at 3064 Hwy 1, formerly known as Sarah's....any and ALL rent payments MUST be placed in escrow. No money should given and no checks should be written to Sarah's as they are not fulfilling their obligation to place all money in escrow as ordered by the Judge. There will be more news coming late next week so stay tuned for updates. You are welcome to reach out to us with any questions. Thank you again for all your patience!

You may have seen this circulating and it is a total fabrication. I have spoken to the Justice because this is NOT the way he operates. Ignore this lie and do not send or give any payments to Sarah Tyner, Ricky Tyner, or Sarah's Seaside because their lease has been terminated.

It has been a while since I have reached out to each if you. However, the insanity I am forced to deal with for going on two years has to stop. Most of you know me well enough to know I am a fair, honest, and patient person. I try to avoid chaos, but the over abundance of lies and fraud has to be answered. The RV park was NEVER ABANDONED, it was NEVER in FORECLOSURE, but the lease of former tenant was officially terminated due to default on the part of the tenant. I tried to work out a plan for tennants, but they REFUSED to take accountability and responsibility for their own actions and misdeeds. I would like to apologize to each camper that has had to deal with their crazy actions, fraudulent activity, and constant lies. I will not go into reasons for default because there are too many to list. I have entered into a sales agreement with Matt Adams and he will be the legal owner of the park any day now and I know you will be as excited as me to have a nice park again soon.

If you have a reservation for this year, please message me and I will make sure you are taken care of as I have for many years. In the meantime, if you are asked to pay any rent, or any deposit, DO NOT PAY ANYONE!! Contact me as the only LEGAL OWNER of property formerly known as Xtreme Beachside and I will make sure you are not kicked out, you will not be harassed, and most of all, you know I will be honest. I have ALL LEGAL paperwork to back my claim.

I am here for the campers and will do absolutely everything in my power to protect each of you. Again, DO NOT PAY SARAH TYNER, RICKY TYNER, OR SARAH'S SEASIDE A SINGLE PENNY! I need to make sure no one else is a victim of scams! Reach out to me and I will make sure your are taken care of.

Please send me your reservation dates, down-payment amounts, and receipts. I am working closely with the new management, lawyers, and law enforcement on your behalf. Thanks to each of you for your patience and just know soon everything will be great once again!

Today was a hard day. We passed the reigns on what has been our entire dedication for many years. I am happy knowing everyone's favorite destination is now in caring and capable hands. Tears were shed in reflection of what Shane and I worked extremely hard to build up and provide a safe, fun, and wholesome place where families knew they were welcome! I can never thank you enough for all the love and friendship you have extended to us. I can't bring myself to say goodbye so ..... until next time when you see us as vacationers!

Many have asked but I've been busy getting everything in order. First, I would like to thank everyone for being so welcoming when we first bought the park...and all the training and advice you shared through the years! This past year has been trying to put it mildly but we never gave up and God has led us through all the rough times. Thank you for your loyalty and we extend our total gratitude for keeping us in prayer and checking on us this past year. You each quickly became family and made this entire journey worthwhile!

We are passing the torch to a wonderful family that will carry on the legacy each of you helped to create. Construction begins tomorrow! We are beyond excited that your home away from home will be restored and better than ever! We will assist in this transition, and yes, I have filled them in about you and how truly wonderful you are. I know each of you are ready to welcome them!
