Wish I could say it’s been a great winter here at the Lodge, but it’s been a tough one with very limited snow.
There is good ice on Lake Granby and there is still time to get some ice fishing in. For those who have come up in spite of the mild winter conditions, they have had great luck.
There is still time to come up and catch your share. And, spring is not that far away, so it’s not too soon to book your spring or summer get away!

North Shore Lodge:

North Shore Lodge is divided into nine units ranging from a queen studio with a kitchenette all the way up to three-bedroom two-bath suites. We have a paddle boat, two canoes, two paddle boards and four kayaks for our guests to use at no charge. We also have a large lawn with disc golf, horseshoes, volleyball and other games and toys to entertain. There is plenty of outdoor shaded seating as well as several BBQ grills and a nightly campfire to enjoy.
The views of the lake and the mountains from the units and balcony are incredible. It is very quiet here as we are almost a mile off the highway and the only nightly lodging nearby.
Many of our guests come to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park just six miles away. Others come to boat and fish in the many area lakes. There are seemingly endless hiking opportunities in the surrounding Arapaho National Forest. In the winter our lodge is a great launching pad for winter sports. Come ride snowmobiles or go cross-country skiing from our back lawn, go ice fishing or just play in the snow. For downhill skiing Granby Ranch is only 15 miles and Winter Park is 30 miles.
