It’s been a busy summer so far and we’d like to recognize these two “kitchy bois” as we call them! They are the core 2 guys holding the fort down in the kitchen 5 days a week

Todd, our kitchen manager and smash burger extraordinaire has been with us for quite some time. He runs the line like no other. His smash burger count alone was 95 last Saturday 😳

Casey Boi is Todd’s right hand man and lead line cook. He makes the best walleye sandwiches and runs those fryers like no other.

We appreciate these guys so much and couldn’t do it without them!!

If you’ve liked your food here over the past many years, they are the likely the ones who cooked it ✌️
