Today I was experimenting with a different type of breakfast that could be added to our B&B menu!

Breakfast pizza! Jamey and I loved it! Here’s the ingredients:

Homemade pizza crust-pre baked.
Scrambled eggs-slightly undercooked.
A couple cloves of garlic-sliced.
Roasted cherry tomatoes-fresh from our garden of course!
Cheddar cheese.
Crispy bacon.
Salt and pepper

Bake for 10-12 minutes, 400 degrees in a cast iron skillet

What do you think? I think I would add peppers and green onions next time.
