SUMMER 2022 SCHEDULE:
Please join the paddlers on Tuesdays at 5:30 this summer.

Paddles from Devil Track will leave from the north shore public landing at 5:30 (with a potluck afterwards), and Lake Superior paddles will launch from the rec park beach on the west side of the harbor at 5:30. If it’s too windy, paddlers can stay in the harbor or cancel.

Here’s our schedule. Always be ready to launch by 5:30.

GRAND MARAIS PADDLE CLUB SCHEDULE 2017 —THURSDAYS

Please respond to the weekly e-mail if you plan to attend. Be at the site by 5:30 so we can be ON THE WATER BY 6:00

If wind and waves are too much, we’ll send out an e-mail by 4:00 and change to an inland lake.

First shift to inland: Two Island Lake
Second shift to inland: Ball Club Lake
Third shift to inland: Devil Track Lake (South Shore fishery site)

July 13th--no paddling. The wind is high on the big lake and thunderstorms are forecast for 6:00-7:00. Too bad. If you want to take a chance, contact Bryan Hansel.

We're cancelling the paddle tonight due to impending rain and lack of interest. Maybe it's too early for us. See you next Wednesday, June 1st on the Harbor (west side landing by the dog pound).

In case of bad weather or the big lake is rough we will meet at Two Island Lake. We make the call by 3 o-clock so be sure to check your e-mail.

We leave the shore at 6. Please, show up early, so you don't get left behind.
