-Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests

-Plan and oversee renovations and construction

-In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations

-Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus

-Responsible for stocking coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers.

-Ensure breakfast items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.

-Responsible for taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies.

-Assist with closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations.
