Choose from one of three adorable rental cottages, each lovingly curated so you have a truly remarkable visit. The rental cottages are all surrounded by stunning views of the Vermont countryside and more outdoor activities than a person could get to in a lifetime. If you’re not sure which cottage would be right for you, call me up and we can talk it through. They can be rented together for larger groups as well.

đźš«ATTENTION-Rochester Valley Trail Usersđźš«

Since the opening of Big Dog, we have seen an increase in trail users to the Rochester Valley Trails, and especially in the hollows. This increased traffic and parking has become a concern along the local roads and private lands.

Please park in the designated parking spots, as shown on the map: https://www.ridgelineoutdoorcollective.org/rochester-valley-trails/

Ridgeline is working on additional parking opportunities to more easily access the trails in the hollows, but ask all trail users to be patient while we address this need. We'll be sure to share updates when a solution is identified.

Not a bad day, all around. It’s pretty satisfying to mill lumber from the trees on your land and build something useful and durable with it. Today we cut some lengths, I sanded the rough bit off, and now I’m cutting up the pieces to be finished and assembled. Cross your fingers for me. I’m not a great carpenter. Ended the day with a beautiful sunset. Can’t beat that.
