What’s more American than baseball? In Granville, we believe the game is woven into the very fabric of American life, and we’re celebrating its rich history all season long.

Through October 31, Granville is proud to host the special exhibit Home Runs & Home Teams, on loan from the East Tennessee History Center. This fascinating exhibit showcases the history of baseball across Tennessee and highlights the players, teams, and communities that helped shape the sport in our state.

As a special complement to the exhibit, Granville will host a Vintage Base Ball Game on September 19 at 1:00 p.m. Experience baseball as it was played in the 19th century, complete with historic rules, uniforms, and plenty of hometown spirit. Admission to the game is included with your daily tour ticket.
