As the 2025 season has drawn to a close we have received a heart warming email from one of our guests this Summer.

My husband, brother and his wife and their four grandchildren stayed at the Red House.

There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the lovely views of the lake could be seen from many places in the cabin.

My favorite space was the screened in porch overlooking the lake. I enjoyed magical sunrises and sunsets from this spot.

Jerry and his family were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. We are happy they shared their piece of heaven on earth with us.

The Fall comes to Lake Buel in the Berkshires. A quiet day, the docks are out for the winter season and the Red House awaits its vacationers coming this Summer.

The Red House is located 10' off the edge of Lake Buel. Entrance to the house from the parking area is at the same level - access friendly for all ages. The house sits next to a large lawn that adjoins the rest of the property where other members of our family have their houses.
