For those who’ve been asking for my cookbook- I finally have a digital version available! 😃 It features over 350 pages of our guest’s favorite recipes, family recipes, photos and stories that’ll warm your heart.

This is a collection of recipes used during the time my husband and I owned The Astor House in Green Bay. It contains recipes for everyone and lovely stories as well. I hope it inspires readers to gather their families and friends around the table.

As Tom and I prepare to turn the Astor House over to a wonderful new owner, we finally have a digital version of the long anticipated cookbook I wrote!!!

Today, I want to take a moment to celebrate an incredible achievement in the baking community! Congratulations to Lisa at Piehouse Bakery in Bentonville, Arkansas, for winning the prestigious statewide award! Your talent and dedication to the art of baking inspire and delight so many, including me.

As the self-proclaimed “Pie Queen,” (😁) I cherish every moment of my baking journey and the awards that have come my way. However, I am thrilled to relinquish my “crown” to a fellow baker who’s greatly deserving of this recognition.

I had a slice of the Award Winning Tart Cherry Pie this weekend and my hat is off to Lisa.

Consider me your loyal princess, Lisa, cheering you on as you continue to shine and elevate our craft! Here’s to many more delicious creations and successes ahead. Keep inspiring us all! ❤️🥧💕

This weekend’s guests are enjoying our Dairy Grand Champion Award Winning Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake!

It’s got chunks of our Homemade Cinnamon Buns on top and a Cinnamon Swirl throughout the batter. We even add our own Candied Orange Rind and we drizzle on an Orange Maple Spice Glaze! Delicious!!
