Last week, IGO Legacy Hotel Group bid farewell to the community of Green Bay, WI, following the sale of this hotel. We have been honored to be a part of this community for the last 13 years as owners of the Country Inn & Suites – Green Bay North, 2308 Lineville Road. Due to significant health challenges, the ownership of IGO Legacy Hotel Group, made the difficult decision to sell our entire portfolio. As a result, March 6, 2025, marked the final day of our ownership of this award winning property.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the surrounding Green Bay community for your unwavering support over the years. A special thank you goes to our dedicated and loyal hotel employees, whose commitment to hospitality made this hotel a welcoming place for all. We were so fortunate to have such an amazing staff who lived and breathed hospitality. We want to specifically thank General Manager, Tom, and Executive Housekeeper, Sharon, who have been with us since we purchased the property. Along with Assistant General Manager, Tanisha, this hotel has always been managed with professionalism, respect, and outstanding hospitality. The entire team will be deeply missed.

To our loyal guests, thank you for choosing to stay with us and for allowing us to be part of your Green Bay experience. Your patronage and complimentary kind words have meant the world to us.

While we say goodbye with heavy hearts, we leave with deep appreciation for this community and the wonderful relationships we have built. We wish Green Bay continued success and prosperity.

Earlier this year, our property was recognized by Radisson Hotels Americas with the 2021 Hospitality Excellence Award for providing exceptional levels of quality and service. At IGO Legacy Hotel Group we recognize this award would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of every individual member of our team. Today we pause to celebrate these amazing individuals!

Meet our General Manager, Tom. Tom is no stranger to the hospitality industry. With over 30 years of experience, Tom has served in a variety of capacities including Bellman, Front Desk, Audit, Group Sales, and General Manager. Tom was hired as General Manager when the property first opened its doors in 2008 and continues to play a key role yet today. Tom’s dream of wanting to be a professional baseball player translated nicely to volunteering 10+ years with De Pere Baseball. When not volunteering or working at his recently remodeled hotel, Tom can often be found cheering on his boys at their sporting events, working on his lawn, or maintaining his backyard ice rink (which he admits often takes precedence over shoveling the driveway).
