Hey everyone! Our new Dandelion Inn sign is here and it’s beautiful! Handmade with love and passion by our friend Steve Stamper. There are few who put more work into what they do so well. We will always be thankful to him!

Friends, I am absolutely ecstatic to announce Chef Brook from Nature's Plate s plate as our new chef of Bodega Nights!

While I had an absolute blast cheffing this amazing pop-up over the summer, the inns are in FULL swing, and I could not be more thank-you the Chef Brook said YES when I reached out for help! A Lecture-Recital presented by Dr. Elissa Harbert and Dr. Janani Sridhar, with pianist Claudia Santana-Núñez and DePauw Institute of Music students

About the event

For a century, Broadway songwriters have set the American Revolutionary Era to music, retelling America’s founding story in song and dance. Each musical reimagined the Revolution by infusing it with the politics and values of its own time, just as we are doing now, at the 250th anniversary of the nation. In this lecture-recital, musicologist Dr. Elissa Harbert will share some of her research on each musical, and soprano Dr. Janani Sridhar, pianist Claudia Santana-Núñez, and DePauw Institute of Music students Suteeksha Sharma, Devin Best, Easton Ours, Dorian Dowd, Lilly Inge, and Ty Wemhoff will perform highlights. We will welcome questions and comments from the audience.

The event will conclude with a dessert reception by Chef Kate.
