The program is a five day long intensive, in which kids will learn key fundamentals of Ultimate Frisbee. In addition, participants learn new techniques for conditioning, flexibility, keys to a healthy and athletic lifestyle, as well as the game of disc golf. During the week we will make skill goals, and work on them during our concentrated sessions. We will also have a mini tournament, full field

The program is run by Four Rivers' athletic director and Boys Ultimate Coach, Terry Plotkin and by Four River's former Girls Varsity Coach, Dovrah Plotkin.

Our Story
