Celebrate National Trails Day, while helping our staff maintain the hiking trails at River Park North! Projects will include collecting trash, clearing branches and removing invasive species from the park. Volunteers working for at least an hour will receive a coupon for admission to the Nature Center. Please bring water, gloves, and bug spray. This is open to all ages with an adult.

The waters of eastern North Carolina are vast and deep with mysterious creatures. Dive in with our staff as we investigate what prehistoric creatures once swam through our waters! Activities will include fossil exploration, water activities, crafts, displays, and more. Fees are paid on day of program. For all ages with an adult.
