Kym consistently puts the needs of the team above her own, demonstrating a level of commitment that goes far beyond her job description. Whether she’s the first to volunteer when a teammate is out sick or stepping seamlessly into a different role on a moment’s notice, her extensive cross-training allows her to support almost any shift with confidence and competence. That versatility makes her an invaluable asset to our operation.
