And a good time was had by all. Wines, lobster, ribeye, oysters, tartare, local tomato salads, Barbecue Night, Mexican dinner night and tons of activities all arranged by the lodge! Our four day extravaganza comes to an end of the most wonderful fun group of people. We wish them well on their next journey and hope to see them again!

A huge thank you to our team too! An incredible dinner was prepared last night by Chef Lauren and Chef Ben, cocktails and drinks by Mike our bartender and GM, waitstaff Cameron, dishwasher Gabe, and our Concierge Autumn were all on hand. And a shout out to our housekeeping staff who did an incredible job keeping everything tidy and clean, and to our landscaper Scott for getting the gardens ship shape.
We're truly blessed to have such a strong team to finish our season and even more blessed for such amazing guests. 🍸🍽🔥

Whew! 368 Maine will be closed this coming weekend for a private event. We are reopening to the public on Labor Day weekend starting September 3, 2026. Prix Fixe dining is available Thursdays-Sundays from 5-8 PM. We highly recommend dining reservations on this busy weekend. 🍽

It's National Dog Day! 🐾💕 We're celebrating our beloved Lily, the lodge dog, who has been a cherished member of our family for a few years now, ever since we rescued her. She's always on high alert, keeping a watchful eye out so she doesn't miss a single thing - whether it's the deer outside the window or a snack being opened in the kitchen! 😂 Her favorite pastimes are napping (she's a professional!), causing chaos wherever she goes (just ask our furniture), giving those irresistible sad eyes that make us feel guilty for not feeding her every five minutes (even though she's already had a full meal!), and hiking the mountains surrounding Moosehead Lake, where she gets to be her adventurous self.
You might catch a glimpse of her riding shotgun in the truck, so be sure to stop by and say hello to her when you can! She'd love to meet you and maybe even beg for an ear scratch or two. 🐶❤️

Scenes from our 4 day family extravaganza! These folks traveled all the way from New Zealand to experience The Lodge at Moosehead Lake. We provided full service for them from breakfast, lunch, and dinners to arranging all their excursions. Seaplane rides, Moose Safaris, white water rafting, yoga, hiking, golfing and everything that Moosehead Lake has to offer was on tap. And don't forget S'mores by the firepit and our stunning sunsets.
