Jim Taylor Saddlery is looking for the right person to join our team!
Are you passionate about horses, horse shows, Western performance horses and quality saddles?
We’re looking for a horse-savvy, motivated person located near Greenville, Texas to become part of our business.
This is much more than a sales job. You’ll have the opportunity to:
⭐ Travel to horse shows and set up and run our saddle booth
⭐ Work with customers and sell Jim Taylor Saddles
⭐ Help with saddle inspections and quality control at the shop
⭐ Organize orders, inventory and shipping
⭐ Build relationships with trainers, riders and customers
⭐ Travel to shows and events
⭐ Learn professional saddle fitting and eventually have the opportunity to do saddle fittings on the road
FLEXIBLE OPPORTUNITY
You can build your own schedule, with the opportunity to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and the needs of the business.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, organized, outgoing, horse knowledgeable and eager to learn.
Experience with showing, training, riding, tack or saddle fitting is a huge plus — but the most important thing is having the right attitude and wanting to grow.
This is an opportunity to learn the business side of the saddle industry from the inside, work around great horses and horse people, travel to shows, and potentially develop into a dealer/manager or long-term partner role.
📍 Must live close to Greenville, Texas or be willing to relocate.
