And just like that, our 2026 camping season has come to a close! 🍂🏕️

From quiet mornings by the lake to weekends packed with activities, campfires, and laughter, it’s been another wonderful season at Littlefield Beaches.

To our seasonal families, returning guests, and everyone who visited us for the first time, thank you for spending part of your summer with us. Seeing families make memories, build friendships, and carry on their camping traditions is what makes this place so special.

A huge thank you to all our staff and all the campers who volunteered, organized activities, and helped bring our events to life. We appreciate the time and care you put into our campground community! ❤️

Have a safe and happy offseason. We’re already looking forward to welcoming everyone back in the spring for more lakeside memories in 2027!

As the season is beginning to change and as we are sadly approaching the end of the 2026 camping season, our eyes are already starting to shift towards next year's camping season here at Littlefield Beaches!

We’ve put together our 2027 Schedule of Major Activities so you can start planning those family camping trips, traditions, and vacations now. ❤️

📅 If you’re thinking about camping with us in 2027, now is a great time to call as you can:

• Reserve your campsite
• Get your name on one of our waiting lists for popular weeks/holiday weekends

Our annual Friends & Family Weekend is coming up October 2–4 — and it’s also our FINAL WEEKEND of the 2026 camping season! 🏕️

If you’ve been wanting to sneak in one more camping trip before winter, this is a pretty special time of year to visit Littlefield Beaches.

By October, Littlefield Beaches has a completely different feel. The summer crowds have slowed down, the leaves are changing, and it’s the perfect weekend to relax by the lake and enjoy everything that makes fall camping in Maine so great.

Opening day is Sunday, October 4! Spend Friday and Saturday camping with us, then pack up Sunday morning and make the approximately 45-minute drive to Fryeburg to kick off your day at the Fair!

🥞 What an incredible morning for a great cause!

This past weekend, Littlefield Beaches was honored to host our first annual Tunnel to Towers Pancake Breakfast in remembrance of September 11th.

A very special thank-you goes to our campers Dan and Jason, who were at the forefront of organizing and bringing this event together as this cause is very near and dear to their hearts. Their time, effort, and dedication helped make the morning such a tremendous success.

And what a turnout it was!

More than 125 people came out to show their support, and together we raised an incredible $2,300 for the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.

Tunnel to Towers does incredible work supporting our fallen first responders, military members, and their families. This year, the Foundation has pledged to take care of 343 families in honor of the firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11. To date, Tunnel to Towers has provided mortgage-free homes or paid off mortgages for more than 1,500 families.

We are incredibly proud of what our campground community came together to accomplish. What started as an idea became a morning filled with pancakes, conversations, remembrance, generosity, and most importantly, people coming together to support a truly meaningful cause.

Thank you to Dan and Jason, everyone who helped make the breakfast happen, everyone who donated, and every single person who came out to support it.

We are already looking forward to making this an annual Littlefield Beaches tradition. ❤️

🎃 WHAT. A. WEEKEND! 👻

We think this was officially our BIGGEST and BEST Halloween Weekend yet! The amount of participation and enthusiasm from our campers was absolutely incredible. From trick-or-treating and our annual Haunted Walk, to the kids’ and adults’ crafts, and a 46-player Switcholio Co****le Tournament, there was something happening everywhere you looked!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, participated, dressed up, decorated, volunteered, and helped make this weekend so special. The energy around the campground was amazing, and it was so much fun seeing so many families enjoying the weekend together. ❤️

👻 HAUNTED WALK

We want to give a very special thank you to the Coates Family, their friends, and their camping neighbors for putting on our annual Haunted Walk! The amount of time, preparation, creativity, and even money that goes into making this happen truly does not go unnoticed. Year after year, you continue to raise the bar, and we are incredibly grateful for everything you do to make Halloween Weekend so memorable!

Reminder!!

If you are camping with us this weekend we already have two meals planned for you!

Saturday Morning we'll be doing our Pancake Breakfast to help raise money to benefit the organization "Tunnel to Towers". Donation only! This year marks 25 years since the attacks of September 11, 2001, and we wanted to do something special to remember those who were lost and support an organization that continues to help our nation's heroes and their families.

Saturday Evening we are planning on having our annual Fall Pot-Luck dinner @ 5pm! Bring a dish to share! Feel free to comment your meal tomorrow!
