We recently had a family stay with us while they were in town for a hockey tournament (Greer Ice Station is walking distance from the house!). I mentioned that I am Canadian and one of the children left me the sweetest note and a hockey puck with a heart on it. We have the best guests! 🏒 ❤️

We are booked solid through March 2025, and have availability beginning April 1.

Before I reach out to the 9526262 people messaging me on AirBnB, VRBO, and Furnished Finders, if any of my local friends or previous guests need a place to stay, I have October 4th through the 11th available at my 3BR/2BA AirBnB. I can’t do longterm, unfortunately, because I have other reservations who do not want to cancel, but I can offer it to you at my break-even cost for a week while you find other accommodations. Message me if you need a spot to land for a week or so.

It’s been one year since we began sharing our cottage with the world. We’ve had some amazing guests and we’ve learned so much.

We weathered Helene and, amazingly, we did not lose power. We have had many requests for booking and we will have some availability over October and November, but those dates aren’t certain yet as we’re in the process of confirming all our existing reservations.

It’s been a busy summer at The Palmetto, and we’ve had some incredible guests. One of my favorite moments is opening up the guest book to read the notes they leave behind. It warms my heart when they share their memories and experiences with us.
