The Sunrise Park Lodge is nestled in the White Mountains of Arizona located on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. Covering 1.6 million acres of prime outdoor bliss this is the place for hunters and fisherman alike. Enjoy one of the most unique landscapes in the Southwest with majestic mountain peaks, lakes, and rivers makes this location a hunter’s dream. We have a wide range of wildlife roaming the property from elk, antelope, black bear, mule deer, turkey, and the Rocky Mountain big horn sheep.
Take a step back in time, when you enter the Sunrise Park Lodge built in 1962. Reminisce about the good ole days while you warm up by our grand fireplace. Just a short walk from the main entrance you will find yourself at a local favorite fishing hole, the Sunrise Lake. Within this lodge you will find the Shush Restaurant and Sunset Bar. Shush Restaurant is a “made from scratch” kitchen with delicious offerings from Chef Sean. The Sunset Bar has a full bar with pool tables, jukebox, tv’s, karaoke and darts. The lodge also has a gift shop in case you forgot something for your trip or you need a little snack.
Just up the road you will find yourself at the Sunrise Park Resort. In the winter season, enjoy skiing and snowsports at Arizona’s best kept secret The Sunrise Park Resort. When the snow has melted you will find outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, archery, scenic lift rides, disc golf, super slide and Arizona’s longest zipline. As a guest at Sunrise Park Lodge you will receive complimentary shuttle service to and from Sunrise Park Resort as well as discounted park tickets during your stay.
