A snowy morning at the Daboll Homestead. We don’t get much snow here, so when we do I have to run outside before the kids have their snow pants on to catch a photo without a huge dirty snowman in the middle of the yard 😉

Rented an awesome AirBnb for Tallulah’s 18th birthday - and the owner never sent us the code to get in. We booked a few weeks ago, lots of messages back and forth at that time, talking about her ABB hosting experiences…. Check in instructions said the code for the door would be provided at 4pm….And then nothing. We called AirBnb after waiting an hour past check in, and they told us we needed to wait another hour or two past check in time - three hours total - while the host was given time to respond. Then, unbeknownst to me, the “ambassador” (ABB customer service rep) Charles WENT ON LUNCH AND NO ONE ELSE COULD HELP US. While I hope the host is okay, I am PI**ED (and at a Sheraton with three of us in a room feeling awkward). This is not our first negative experience but it may be our last time working with this company - as a host or a guest. So disappointed. And of@course the money I paid for the AirBnb is in limbo pending the refund processing. What a nightmare. As Superhosts we will NEVER EVER leave you hanging.
